Wyclef Jean Hospitalized -- Stressed Out

Wyclef Jean's brief stint in politics was too much for him to handle -- he was hospitalized for fatigue this weekend.

According to his rep, Jean -- who abandoned his bid for the Haitian presidency last week -- was "suffering from stress and fatigue based on the grueling eight weeks he's had."

The rep says Jean plans to take it easy and should get out of the hospital sometime this week.

Oksana's Lawyers: Mel Gibson Mediation Illegal

Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva tells that her lawyers will argue the mediation agreement Oksana signed with Mel Gibson was illegal, because it allegedly involved the destruction of evidence.

TMZ obtained the agreement Mel and Oksana signed on May 16, in which Mel promised to give Oksana and Lucia approximately $15 million in return for Oksana turning over all "evidence" and that "all evidence will be destroyed ..."

Oksana -- who disavowed the agreement after signing it -- claims she was bullied into signing the agreement by Mel's lawyers.

As for the claim that the agreement involves destruction of evidence, sources directly connected with the mediation tells ... the words "domestic violence" or "prosecution" were never mentioned in the mediation. Sources say there was never mention of destroying evidence of a crime.

As for the tapes, we're told only snippets were played to Mel's lawyers, and each snippet involved the racial and other slurs that would have ruined his career but not subjected him to prosecution. We're also told -- Oksana's lawyers never played the portion of the tape where Mel says, "You know what? You f**king deserved it."

As for Oksana's claim that Mel's lawyers bullied her into signing -- and threatened legal action and deportation if she didn't -- we've learned Mel's lawyers never had contact with Oksana during the two-day mediation. The only people Oksana had contact with during the mediation were the judges and her lawyer.

Victoria Hopper: I Won't Live Around Horse Crap

Dennis Hopper's widow claims the actor's trust is trying to force her out of the family homestead and into a hovel near a manure-filled horse stable.

Victoria Hopper is currently living on Dennis' $6 million Venice compound but his trust -- which includes Dennis' eldest daughter Marin -- wants to sell the property. A source close to Victoria says the trust has no legal right to sell the property.

The trust has now offered to move Victoria into the fancy schmancy Brentwood neighborhood, but Victoria says there are big problems with the home:

-- The house is 1,176 square feet on a parcel that's only 1,423 square feet -- tiny for Brentwood

-- It's right next to a stable with 15 horses that produce piles of manure

-- It's on a hairpin curve on Sunset Blvd. where a car recently crashed into the house -- Buzz kill!

So the standoff continues.

Limp Bizkit's Drummer -- Snared by Pneumonia

Fred Durst can't buy a break -- Limp Bizkit's reunion tour just got put on ice in Norway after pneumonia took down the band's drummer ...

The band's manager tells they were forced to pull the plug on tonight's show after drummer John Otto was hospitalized in Oslo. According to the manger he was diagnosed with pneumonia and is undergoing tests to determine how serious it is.

Reps for Sentrum Scene, where Bizkit was supposed to play tonight, say tickets for the show will be refunded.

The LB tour was canceled earlier this year over booking issues, according to Durst.

George Lopez Divorcing

Sources say George and Ann have been working out details of the split "for a long time," but they've both made the decision to end the marriage.

The couple has been married for 17 years. They have a 15-year-old daughter, and we're told they both want to keep the divorce amicable for the sake of their kid.

Jermaine's Child Support Plea -- I'm Broke, No Joke

Jermaine Jackson claims he can't afford to pay child support because his business is failing and his career is in the tank -- in fact, according to new legal docs, MJ's bro can barely make ends meet.

Jermaine just filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court -- obtained by TMZ -- grousing that he's expected to pay $3,000 a month in child support for sons Jaafar and Jermajesty ... even though his average monthly income for the last year has been under $1,100.

Jermaine is asking the judge to slash support payment to $215 a month.

According to the docs, Jermaine made a onetime appearance on "Big Brother" back in 2007, raking in a handsome $450,000 for his troubles -- but since then, Jermaine claims his business has floundered.

Jermaine claims his baby mama Alejandra not only earns more than him ... but she gets a free ride along with his kids at the Jackson compound, thanks to Katherine's generosity. Lindsay Lohan -- Things Are Gonna Get Intense

Sources close to Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ Lindsay knows her next trip to rehab won't be a walk in the park ... she'll be in for some "intense" treatment.

People close to Lindsay and the family tell TMZ they were all shocked that Lindsay got tossed in jail on Friday -- if only for a few hours. One close friend said Lindsay thought the judge was trying to make an example out of her -- Lindsay called it "completely unfair."

As for what's next ... our Lohan sources say Lindsay knows she needs rehab and she needs a good "foundation." The word that keeps coming into Lindsay's circle is "intense" -- that Lindsay needs to go away this time, and sooner rather than later.

We're told Lindsay, Dina and her business manager, Lou Taylor, are all a part of the rehab discussion.

One last thing ... as we first reported, Lindsay is going to have to wear the SCRAM bracelet again. As one LiLo pal put it, "She hates that f**king thing."

Sources close to Greg Giraldo tell TMZ the comedian was hospitalized after an overdose yesterday ... but it was not a suicide attempt, as has been speculated.

We're told Giraldo -- best known for his appearances on Comedy Central roasts -- was taken to a hospital in New Brunswick, NJ after he was found by a friend.

According to our sources, Giraldo overdosed on prescription pills ... but it was not a suicide attempt.

We're told he is currently in critical but stable condition.

Lindsay Lohan Chooses Rehab

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan is about to re-enter rehab ... and it's her decision.

Sources with direct and specific knowledge of the situation tell TMZ Lindsay will enter a live-in facility outside of Los Angeles within days. Lindsay is now agonizingly aware she has an addiction problem and also acknowledges the reality -- addicts often backslide before they get better.

We're told Lindsay is telling people she doesn't want this type of life anymore. She says she wants to get better and wants to do whatever it takes at this point ... irrespective of what Judge Elden Fox does to her.

Sources tell us the voicemail -- left earlier in the week -- also threatened to "dig up dirt" on Shawn, as well as Lindsay's business manager, Lou Taylor.

Michael left two text messages on Holley's phone Friday after the court hearing, telling her she should do Lindsay a favor and quit. In another text, Michael claimed Holley and Taylor were destroying the Lohan family.

Michael went nuclear at the Bev Hills Courthouse Friday morning after Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay in jail. Fox's decision was reversed later that day after Holley filed an appeal, and Lindsay got out of jail Friday night.

We're told Holley, who could not be reached for comment, will not seek a restraining order.

It's just Michael being Michael.

'Cape Fear' Actress -- 'Mentally Ill' Woman Is After Me!

Illeana Douglas says she's living a "Cape Fear"-esque nightmare -- because the actress claims a "mentally ill" person who was just released from the slammer is trying to hunt her down.

Douglas filed for a temporary restraining order against her co-worker's wife -- who Douglas claims was recently arrested for beating her hubby "with a baseball bat, a chair, [and] a mallet."

In the docs, Douglas says the woman is "mentally ill" and mistakenly believes, "I am the reason she was arrested" -- and has vowed since her release from the slammer to "spend the rest of her life 'getting me.'"

Douglas claims in the docs, filed on Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court, that the woman has threatened to "burn my house down" and even ruin her career -- and has also threatened her mother and co-workers.

Douglas wants the judge to order the woman to stay at least 500 yards away from her.
