Child Custody Agreement Gives Mel Joint Custody

0926_MEL_OKSONA_DOC_LAUNCH

Oksana Grigorieva signed a "Child Custody" agreement in May which spelled it out as clearly as can be -- Mel Gibson was not only entitled to unsupervised contact with Lucia, he was getting joint legal and physical custody of the child.

The document, obtained by TMZ, was signed by Oksana and Mel on May 16 ... but disavowed by Oksana shortly thereafter. She claimed she did not know the agreement gave Mel unsupervised contact with the baby.

But the agreement laid out in almost painful detail the schedule for custody, down to the day and the hour. Mel immediately got joint legal custody of the baby. He also got significant unsupervised visitation, which turned into 50/50 custody when Lucia turned 3.

The agreement also provided, when Mel didn't have Lucia, the nanny would coordinate a Skype call between himself and the child.

The agreement spelled out who gets the kids on holidays. But these pages, which were initialed by both Mel and Oksana, were X'd out. We're told a similar schedule was later substituted for the one you see.

It was the Father's Day visitation that sent the case into family court, when Oksana refused to let Mel have the baby.

Oksana's lawyer, Dan Horowitz, had no comment.

Leonardo DiCaprio Confirmed To Play J Edgar Hoover

Celebrity Update Leonardo DiCaprio is confirmed to be teaming up with the legendary Clint Eastwood for a biopic on the life of J Edgar Hoover.
Back in March, a bunch of news came out about a biopic of founding FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. Milk’s Dustin Lance Black wrote the script, and it was at Universal before the studio passed. The film ended up at Warner Bros. and Malpaso Productions, with Clint Eastwood set to direct. There was a rumor that Leonardo DiCaprio was poised to star as Hoover, and that casting is now confirmed.

J. Edgar Hoover was the first director of the FBI. His life story is quite interesting including unconfirmed reports that he was a homosexual and cross-dresser. Appointed director of the Bureau of Investigation—predecessor to the FBI—in 1924, he was instrumental in founding the FBI in 1935, where he remained director until his death in 1972. Hoover is credited with building the FBI into a large and efficient crime-fighting agency, and with instituting a number of modern innovations to police technology, such as a centralized fingerprint file and forensic laboratories.

Late in life, and after his death, Hoover became an increasingly controversial figure. Not just in his sexual orientation questions but also being accused of exceeding jurisdiction of the FBI many times.

Imogen Poots female lead cast for Fright Night

Celebrity Update Imogen Poots (Solitary Man) has signed on to play the female lead in Craig Gillespie’s remake of the 1985 cult horror-comedy Fright Night.

She joins Anton Yelchin, Colin Farrell, Toni Collette, David Tennant and Christopher Mintz-Plasse in the remake directed by Craig Gillespie from a script by Marti Noxon.
Poots will play Yelchin’s girlfriend, part of the popular crowd and unaware of his earlier life as a nerd.

Poots has a handful of films on her resume including V for Vendetta, 28 Weeks Later, Me and Orson Welles and Solitary Man, but she’s certainly far lesser known than her fellow cast members. THR describes her role as “part of the popular crowd and unaware of his earlier life as a nerd,” which clearly reflects the filmmakers’ effort to modernize the production a bit.
